The People Behind the Brand

Amanda is the operational backbone of DonutNV. She oversees training, franchisee support, and the systems that keep 140+ units running smoothly - and is one of the many reasons new owners hit the ground running from day one.

Kristen manages day-to-day operations, ensuring franchisees are aligned with the DonutNV mission and supported in their business by the DonutNV Corporate Team.

Juan oversees field operations, equipment standards, and franchisee performance across the network. When a unit needs to optimize, scale, or troubleshoot, Juan is the first call - and the reason operators feel supported long after launch.

Kevin grew up in the franchise industry and brings a deep understanding of what it takes to go from curious prospect to confident owner. He guides candidates through every step of the process - asking the right questions, finding the right fit, and making sure every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

Alex serves as a board member, leading strategy and the long-term vision for the brand. He works to implement new systems, technologies and tools to help franchisees optimize their businesses.
